Washing Instructions

• Turn the garment inside out
• Machine Wash in cold water
• Tumble dry in low heat or hang dry (recommended)
• DO NOT: Bleach, dry clean, or iron

Due to the nature of our products we are not able to accept returns on all products. If you are unsure of a item please email us before purchasing and we will answer any questions you may have. 

We are not able to accept returns on any bath and body items. We have listed all ingredients used to make up those items so the customers will be informed in case of any allergic reactions.

As it relates to apparel, If we send you the wrong size or design, we will correct this error for you asap.

Unfortunately, we cannot take returns or exchanges of CUSTOM ORDERS (tshirts, socks, etc).  Custom orders with your photos, designs, or name on them cannot be sold to anyone else so they are specifically made for you.  All sales are final on custom orders unless we send you the wrong size.

Please note:  Each product is checked to ensure quality and we do our best to provide them without any defects.  No two pairs or two socks are exactly alike as this is a 100% custom process to produce them.  A break in the pattern will appear on each of the sides of the socks. We do our best to make it look natural and eliminate the line on the sides so it looks like a seam to seam print, however, this break is part of the tolerance level and a norm in this kind of sock.
